General Information: Green shoots have a captivating flavor. Cut 6-in. (15-cm) pieces when the florets are the size of a quarter. You'll love it lightly sauteed with garlic and olive oil, fresh in salads and boiled soups.

Grower Information:

(Italian Broccoli) Large, slow-bolting, widely adaptable variety. Plants grow up to 30 in. (75 cm) tall, and produce many straplike leaves and side shoots. Sow in late Fall/Winter in the South, Spring in the North. 60 days to maturity.
