General Information: All the flavor of a habanero without the heat! Peppers start green and mature to red, where they are at their best flavor. They are much faster to mature than most habaneros.

Grower Information:

With all the aromatic qualities of traditional habaneros, Roulette has almost none of the heat. Mildly pungent and smoky, Roulette produces fruit with about 100 Scoville units, making it a welcome addition to mild salsas with extra character. High yield potential.
