General Information: Easy-to-care-for prolific plants provide more fruit longer.
The long, blocky fruits mature with a small, discreet seed cavity that can be scooped out, leaving all meat.
This means much less boiling to get a first class paste.
The shape is also good for canning, and excellent for drying.

The best-known paste tomato! Long, blocky fruits are easy to seed, leaving plenty of meat for a first-class paste or sauce. San Marzano is also delicious canned or dried.
