General Information: Yellow fruit with red exterior and interior center. Outstanding flavor with few seeds. Indeterminate (pole or stake type); best when staked. Blossoms and fruit develop progressively, and the harvest lasts several months.

Grower Information:

High on flavor and low on seeds! These big, 1-lb. (454-g), yellow fruit have a luscious red exterior and center. Although it has an odd shape, Old German is one of the best-tasting slicers you can grow! Dates back to the mid-1800s from Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley.
