Dark-leafed garden dahlia is a powerhouse in the garden. Its bold, bicolor blooms last all season long. Known for having excellent color and good branching. 
Fills a gallon easily, as the highest-vigor variety in the City Lights series (Red is lowest vigor). Solid orange, double blooms on dark green foliage.
