General Information: Earliest white eggplant is highly productive, producing clusters of glossy mini-fruit that are tender and non-bitter. Indeterminate, 3-ft. (91-cm) plants can be grown in-ground or in large containers, with or without support. More productive and 5 to 7 days earlier to ripen than O.P. types. Slightly larger plant with slightly smaller fruit than Hansel.
