General Information: Mini-bell pepper ripens from green to deep red. Perfect eating at any stage of ripeness. Its thick fruit walls and rich, sweet flavor are great for snacking or cooking, and the small fruit size means no leftovers. Perfect for stuffing because the broad fruit stay upright.

Grower Information:

  • Thick-walled, blunt-end peppers have rich, sweet flavour great for fresh eating from green to red, and hold up well through grilling and stuffing.
  • “Easy-out” stem and seeds – simply push down or cut around cap to release seed cavity for quick cleaning.
  • Best in containers or in-ground.
