The inside has sweet, firm, bright red flesh.
This variety is best eaten fresh or in fruit salads. 
Your watermelons are ready to harvest when the fruit has grown to full size.

Crimson Sweet produces round melons averaging 25 lb. (11 kg) each, with light green and dark green stripes. This melon is even prettier on the inside, with firm, exceptionally deep red flesh. Crimson Sweet vines need room to grow, spreading up to 10 ft. (3 m) long. Watermelons are ready to harvest when the fruit has grown to full size.
