- Q: Do you still sell Fiesta Double Impatiens?
Our Fiesta series of double impatiens is no longer available. This I. walleriana is susceptible to the devastaing disease Impatiens Downy Mildew (IDM) and the Ball FloraPlant breeding teams have developed a new, innovative series called Glimmer, which has high resistance to IDM.
Glimmer Double Impatiens include a beautiful array of colors and bicolors, with the same double blooms beloved in the Fiesta series. Glimmer in shade baskets and planters look fantastic! We highly recommend this substitution, as it has the same reliable supply from the Ball FloraPlant production farms.
