After launching six medium-vigor SureShot Petunias last year, there are now three new color varieties being presented at Customer Days.

“The core colors that have been added this year are the hot pink, pink vein and this vibrant red that is very rare to find in petunias,” Marketing Manager for Ball FloraPlant and SelectaOne, Stephanie Vincenti said about the new color varieties.

These petunias are super uniform and even flower within the same week of each other.

“If a grower is going to retail, they could send SureShot Petunias to stores all at once thanks to uniform bloom timing” Vincenti said. For homeowners, this would be a perfect series to have in their backyard or garden if they're going for a unified look!

Then there is Lantana PassionFruit that just gets you in that summer mood.

“The unique color is phenomenal and it has other really great qualities about it as well,” Vincenti said about this new stunner. Let’s look into how this great-quality plant could be a top pick for you!

“First, it never cycles out of flower, and it’s heat tolerant, drought tolerant and pollinator-friendly,” Vincenti said.

Are you wondering where consumers can put this plant in their outdoor space? Don’t worry, it is very versatile!

“You can display this plant in a backyard space or garden, in hanging baskets, pots or even landscaping,” Vincenti said.

What's really magical about this plant according to Vincenti is its trailing habit. “I have not seen a lantana on the market that trails as much as this one,” Vincenti said about the spreading of this product.

Vincenti said she is excited for this one as there have been many “pollinators and hummingbirds around Lantana PassionFruit –more than any other plant this season.”
