Below is info for many of Ball Seed's grower partners …
I encourage you to compare the Ball Seed price with other brokers or businesses offering plugs and liners, often from the same growers that partner with Ball Seed. While they may offer the exact same item through other brokers, those brokers don't always give you the same level of service you get from Ball Seed. Things like:
Ball Seed has a network of Gold Suppliers that only sell their products through Ball Seed. BTG/Ball Tagawa Growers in California and George Sant & Sons in Ontario are two Gold Suppliers that offer a large assortment of cut flower material you can't get anywhere else.
The availability of Net 30 Terms with Ball Seed can help with cash flow and make accounting easier for a business of any size. Payment is made by check or bank transfer. Contact the Ball ColorLink office if you're interested in setting up Net30 billing for your Ball Seed account.
Payment for your order with Ball Seed is not due until each order ships. Some suppliers require payment when the order is placed. Payments by check, bank transfer or debit card do not have a service fee. Payments by credit card may have a small service fee added.
Orders can be placed, shipments tracked, and invoices paid online using WebTrack.
Any claims for shipping damage are easy to process using WebTrack right from your cell phone.
In stock seed orders placed by 5:00pm central time ship the same day.
Many accounts have a dedicated salesperson to help manage your account.
As always, the Ball ColorLink office, which has the best, friendliest sales support professionals in the business, is always just a phone call or email away. They can help with literally anything related to your Ball Seed account. They can even set up a new account over the phone in just minutes. Call them at 800-686-7380 or email them at colorlinkorders@ballhort.com.
Be sure to check any Phyto fees or broker/import fees and shipping costs before placing an order for shipping across the U.S. / Canada border.
